What is GroveInstitute?
GroveInstitute is the Grove Church's primary avenue for training in Scripture, theology, spiritual formation, and disciple-making. These will be classes and groups centered around teaching and spiritual formation.
Are there different types of classes?
We currently have men's and women's classes going through a two-semester curriculum for the next year -- fall and spring.
What happens in a GroveInstitute class?
GroveInstitute exists to help believers grow in spiritual maturity by cultivating both theological depth and Christlike character. Each class meets for 1.5–2 hours and follows the Deep Discipleship curriculum.
Every session includes:
Biblical teaching to deepen your understanding of God's Word.
Interactive discussion to sharpen one another through conversation and application.
Corporate prayer as we seek the Lord together.
Intentional formation through practices that help move truth from our minds to our hearts and lives.
Rather than simply completing a study, our aim is to be transformed by God's Word as the Holy Spirit conforms us to the image of Christ. We desire that every participant leaves better equipped to know God, love His Church, and faithfully make disciples wherever He has placed them.
